The offices of DCTI manage, maintain and build all of the public buildings in the city of Geneva. A six month collaboration between d2 Architects in Geneva and DCTI led to a pilot installation based on the standards and regulations for administrative buildings in the Geneva area. Here the respect for these regulations is synonymous with quality of space. The architect’s work is exemplary, creating a harmonious space which is comfortable and organized while exhibiting clarity and lightness.
Here squares used individually and in geometric patterns, the architect used their flare with care, precision and imagination. Translucent squares animate and dress the partition, whilst green squares of different sizes, placed in isolation on the inner pane add colour and give a three dimensional feel to the installation.
